Description

Position Summary:

Provide essential support services to KEMA-Powertest operating groups. This position is responsible for providing HR, Purchasing and various back-office services in support of internal clients and assuring activities are conducted in accordance with CESI, KEMA-Powertest and industry standards.

Position Description:

Under the direction of the Director KEMA-Powertest, this position is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of third-party providers of HR, benefits and payroll services
  • Provide day to day HR services to KEMA-Powertest employees including the following as a minimum:
    • Recruiting services
    • On-boarding of new hires
    • Supporting Payroll processes
  • In coordination with CESI Group HR provide the following services as a minimum:
    • Developing & implementing HR policies & procedures
    • Administration & management of non-technical developmental training for KEMA-Powertest employees
    • Provide HR reporting
  • In coordination with the Finance Manager, KEMA-Powertest, provide day to day Back Office services including the following as a minimum:
    • Management of Change Order process to Salesforce
    • Issuing invoices to Customers
    • Coordinating Accounts Receivables & collections follow up with Sales and CESI Group Finance organizations
    • Manage resolution of Customer invoicing questions
  • In coordination with TIC Purchasing & Group Purchasing, administer KEMA-Powertest purchasing processes
    • Manage resolution of Accounts Payable issues with Group Finance organizations
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director KEMA-Powertest

Position Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years office administration
  • AS or BS in Human Relations or equivalent
  • Membership in SHRM preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong skills in MS Office. Able to quickly learn & use ERM systems (e.g. SAP, Sales Force, etc.)

 

Work Environment:

  • This position requires an individual who can adapt to changing situations based on the quantity of work, the demands of customers and management. The position requires an individual who can devote the required amount of time to successfully accomplish the short- and long-term goals of the organization.
  • This position is exempt from overtime.
